• The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of 100% of the total price after reservation.

All our rates are inclusive of accommodation in an appointed room with the meal plan selected while the time of booking by the guest/agent.

We accept cash, UPI and also online credit card transaction but not swipe machines.

All our rooms are double occupancy rooms and have king size bed except the capsule. There is no provision of extra bed except in the King Room. 2 adults and 1 child under 12 is free. Additional child will need to pay 300 for a maximum of 1 extra child under 12. Additional guest above 12 allowed at a charge of 500 only in the King Room.

Check-in time is 01:00 PM while Check-out time is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. It is firmly necessary for guests to present valid photo identification while the time of check-in such as Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driving License, Indian Voter ID and Passport for International Traveler. The Bed & breakfast reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.
